Speak Out Now  is a nonprofit organization founded in September 2017 by Zaneta Nicole Haynes with a mission to prevent child sexual abuse through education, advocacy, awareness, and community engagement. Born from a passion to ensure that no survivor suffers in silence, our organization exists to empower individuals, strengthen families, and inspire communities to protect children and support survivors.

At Speak Out Now 203, we believe that healing begins when someone finds the courage to speak—and when others choose to listen. Our goal is to create safe spaces where survivors are believed, supported, and connected to the resources they need to move forward with hope.

We are committed to breaking generational cycles of silence by encouraging open, honest conversations about child sexual abuse, sexual violence, and trauma. For too long, these experiences have been hidden behind fear, shame, and the phrase "family secret." We believe those days must end. Every child deserves protection, every survivor deserves support, and every community has a responsibility to help prevent abuse.

Through community outreach, educational workshops, public speaking, awareness campaigns, and our Speak Out Now Chronicles podcast, we are working to educate the public, reduce stigma, and inspire healing one conversation at a time.

How We Support Our Community

Speak Out Now  offers resources, education, advocacy, and support through services that include:

• Survivor support and encouragement

• Referrals to licensed counseling and mental health resources

• Support groups and peer support opportunities

• Child sexual abuse prevention education

• Domestic violence awareness and education

• Suicide prevention awareness and resource referrals

• Information about reporting abuse and victim advocacy resources

• Assistance connecting individuals with local shelters and community organizations

• Public speaking and educational workshops

• Community outreach and awareness events

• Prayer support for individuals and families who request it

• The Speak Out Now Chronicles podcast, providing honest conversations about healing, hope, faith, and resilience

• Private online communities where survivors can find encouragement, share experiences, and receive ongoing support

Our vision extends far beyond awareness. We are building a movement that equips communities with the knowledge to recognize, prevent, and respond to child sexual abuse while empowering survivors to reclaim their voices and their futures.
